Join Mavis Technologies

At Mavis Technologies, we design and manufacture AI-powered smart glasses that help blind and visually impaired people read, recognise objects and move through the world more independently. Everything we make is built here in Northampton, by a small team that cares about the difference our work makes.

Why work with us

• Meaningful work: every product we build helps someone live more independently.
• Real responsibility: in a small team, your ideas and skills shape how our products and manufacturing grow.
• Hands-on engineering: we design, build and test in-house, with our own SMT line, 3D printing, vacuum casting and injection moulding.
• Flexible start: many roles begin part-time, with the opportunity to move to full-time as we grow.
• Great location: based at Vulcan Works, a creative and technology hub in the centre of Northampton.
