In house Manufacturing Facility

Our devices are designed and assembled at our facility in Northampton, using a combination of local and international components. This allows us to maintain strong quality oversight and respond quickly to user feedback.  This hands-on approach gives us full control over quality, speed, and innovation—allowing us to oversee design and production processes closely.  By keeping production local, we support British engineering, reduce lead times, and stay agile in responding to real user feedback.  Built in Britain, designed for global impact.

Mavis Care Option

We understand that wearables are used daily and can be prone to accidental damage. Mavis Care is an optional protection plan that offers coverage for several common types of accidental physical damage. Full terms and limitations apply.. Full terms, limitations, and exclusions will be provided to help customers understand what is and isn’t covered.

24/7 Support Center

Our devices include advanced software tools that receive regular updates. Our support team is available around the clock (subject to availability) through audio or video. Users should continue relying on their own judgement, training, and mobility skills.

At Mavis Technologies, our smart glasses are fully self-contained—Our devices operate without needing a smartphone for core functions. Different products in the market may work in different ways. Our smart glasses are designed to operate independently without requiring a smartphone for core functions. we believe critical assistive technology should never depend on other vendors. That’s why we’ve built everything in-house: from custom firmware and software to PCB design and frame manufacturing, all proudly done in the UK . With every component integrated, our wearables deliver reliable, standalone performance—ready to support users anytime, anywhere.
