Product Security – Reporting a Vulnerability

Mavis Technologies Ltd takes the security of its products and its customers seriously. We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities in our products and services, including the Viaro and Itero Smart Glasses and Smart Case, so that we can investigate and resolve them quickly.

How to report a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Mavis product or service, please contact us using the details below:

To help us investigate, please include a description of the issue, the product and software version affected (where known), and the steps required to reproduce it.

What you can expect from us

• We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 working days.
• We will provide status updates at least every 30 days until the reported issue is resolved.
• We will notify you when the issue has been resolved or closed.

This service is provided free of charge and in English. You do not need to provide any personal information beyond what is necessary for us to respond to you. Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue before disclosing it publicly.

This vulnerability disclosure policy is published in accordance with the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
